John Maiona represents clients in negotiating and enforcing separation and modification agreements; preparing and presenting contempts and other enforcement and collection matters; motion practice, including temporary orders and dispositive motions; planning and conducting discovery, including background checks, asset searches, and appraisals and valuations; planning and negotiating asset division, alimony and child support; and drafting and negotiation of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. John is a volunteer mediator and completed 40 hour Mediation Training. John is admitted to the Massachusetts bar and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School.
